COMPREHENSIVE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CURRENT EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SITUATION REGARDING THE INCIDENCE AND PREVALENCE OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE (LITERARY REVIEW)

In recent years, the number of patients with chronic heart failure who retain the left ventricular ejection fraction (SYEsCHF) has increased dramatically. In patients with ischemic SYEsCHF genesis, an increase in the stiffness of large arteries was found. An increase in Central aortic pressure and tension index was also found. It is noted that the degree of circumference of the CE depends on an increase in the parameters of central hemodynamics. An association between the rigidity of large vessels and NT-proBNP levels was found in patients with syeschf.
