The problem of the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis is one of the important and still unresolved problems of modern dentistry. Therefore, taking into account the endodontic mechanisms of the development of this disease, the constant search for new methods of its treatment and the improvement of existing methods are of particular importance in dentistry.
