Abstract

The purpose of this article is to summarize research data on the use of MKRA in various pathologies. Information about aldosterone and mineralocorticoid receptors is summarized. Also, the clinical pharmacology of MKRA, i.e. classification, mechanism of action, pharmacodynamic effects, pharmacokinetic parameters, side effects, indications and contraindications, was given complete information
