Abstract

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder characterized by unpleasant sensations in the legs that require constant movement, leading to sleep disturbances and decreased quality of life. Hypothyroidism, a disorder associated with thyroid hormone deficiency, can affect the nervous system and possibly worsen RLS symptoms.
