ANNOTATSIYA
Ginekologiya bo‘limida operatsiya qilingan 67 bemorda turli xildagi anesteziyalarning organizmning gemodinamika va gazlar almashinuvi holatiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. endotraxeal narkoz regionar anesteziya bilan birgalikda va kombinatsiyali anesteziya turli hajmdagi videolaporoskopik ginekologik operatsiyalarni og‘riqsizlantirishda yetarli va samarali himoyani ta’minlay oladi. Biz anesteziya variantlari (kombinatsiyali umumiy va regionar anesteziya, total venaichi va ingalyasion anesteziya O‘SV fonida) samaraligini aniqlab, gazlar almashinuvi, markaziy gemodinamika ko‘rsatgichlariga minimal ta’siri baholandi, hamda xirurgik xatardan ishonchli himoyasi ta’minlandi
