EVALUATION OF ANTIPLATELET RESISTANCE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AGGREGATION INDUCERS IN VARIOUS CONCENTRATIONS IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE
Keywords:
resistance to antiagregant, platelet aggregation, ischemic heart diseaseAbstract
In 130 patients with coronary heart disease owhile receiving regular antiplatelet therapy, the results of a study of platelet aggregation were analyzed and, based on them, resistance to the antiplatelet agent was diagnosed. Studies have shown that in almost 1/4 of patients with coronary heart disease, despite regular antiplatelet treatment, there is insufficient inhibition of platelet aggregation and the development of drug resistance. Changes in platelet aggregation were more frequently observed or more pronounced under the influence of spontaneous aggregation and higher inducer concentrations
