РЕКОНСТРУКТИВНЫЕ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКИЕ МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПОВРЕЖДЕННИЙ МЕНИСКА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

На сегодняшний день артроскопия является оптимальным методом диагностики и лечения коленного сустава. Благодаря артроскопии появилась возможность классификации повреждений менисков по морфологическим типам: горизонтальные, поперечные, радиальные, повреждения типа «ручка лейки», а также повреждения корня мениска. Травмы менисков часто наблюдаются в сочетании с повреждениями передней крестообразной связки и встречаются преимущественно у людей, ведущих активный образ жизни. Комбинированные повреждения менисков с передней крестообразной связкой наблюдаются в 25-65% случаев, из которых повреждения внутреннего мениска составляют 25-45%, а наружного мениска — 31-65% (Сластинин В.В., Файн А.М., Сычевский М.В., Бондарев В.Б. 2018, Fox A.J.S., Wanivenhaus F., Burge A.J., et al. 2015). Травмы менисков в сочетании с повреждениями передней крестообразной связки могут привести к развитию остеоартроза (Ирисметов М.Э., Усмонов Ф.М. и др. 2019, Michael J. Strobel. 2019).
