The authors studied the modern epidemiological characteristics of the course of acute glaucoma attacks in association with comorbidity of non-communicable chronic diseases in the conditions of the valley. In this case: the epidemiological characteristics of the course of chronic non-communicable (non-communicable) diseases in association with an acute glaucoma attack, the features of the modern characteristics of the course of non-communicable diseases in comorbidity with an acute glaucoma attack in the settled and newly arrived population, as well as the characteristics of the clinical course of non-communicable chronic diseases in association with a glaucoma attack in the population aged <60 and >60 years were studied and analyzed.
The authors note a higher incidence of glaucoma attacks against the background of comorbidity in the rural population compared to the urban population, and also conclude that such a course is more common in rural women, the incidence of comorbidity of non-communicable chronic diseases (NCD) in the sedentary population in acute glaucoma attacks (ASA) reaches up to 100.0%, with high frequency of detection, cases of comorbidity of glomerulonephritis and ASA, gastric ulcer disease (UHD) and comorbidity of ASA, cholelithiasis (STD) and comorbidity of ASA are noted in the valley conditions, and the contribution of the total number of comorbidity cases to the recurrence of glaucoma attacks is very high - from 95.3% to 100.0%.
In addition, it is noted that in the population with an acute glaucoma attack, high frequencies are observed in the age group >60 years, and mainly comorbidity of GFC with oncological diseases, arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and acute respiratory diseases (ARD)
