Abstract

This article discusses vasomotor rhinitis, its symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. It reviews current understanding of the mechanisms underlying the development of the disease, as well as new approaches to diagnosis and therapy. Particular attention is paid to the differences between allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, as well as to diagnostic methods used in practice. The concluding section highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis in order to achieve positive results.
