ЛОР патологияси, юрак- қон томир ва асаб тизимларига боғлиқ бўлган бош айланишига шикоят қилган 548 нафар бемордан 101 нафарида (18,5±1,6%) ҳолатий хуружсимон нистагм (ҲХН) аниқланган. Клиник-статистик тадқиқотлар натижасида аниқланишича, ҲХН генезида томирли омил таъсири организмда инфекция ўчоғи ҳолатлари билан солиштирганда катта аҳамиятга эга. Ҳолатий лабиринтли синдром ва ҲХНдан азият чекувчи беморларга ички қулоқнинг қон айланишини яхшиловчи ва томирлар тонусини тартибга солувчи воситаларни тайинлаш мақсадга мувофиқдир.
