КЛИНИКО-ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ОЦЕНКА ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ПАРОДОНТА, ВЫЗВАННЫХ ПИТЬЕВЫМ ВОДОСНАБЖЕНИЕМ ИЗ ПОДЗЕМНЫХ ВОДОЁМОВ
Аннотация
Провести клинико-эпидемиологическую оценку эффективности комплекса профилактических мероприятий (очистка питьевой воды, профессиональная гигиена, обучение) для снижения заболеваемости воспалительными заболеваниями пародонта у населения, использующего подземные источники питьевой воды.
В проспективном исследовании участвовали 200 человек (18–65 лет). Проводились клиническое обследование (CPITN, PMA, ИГИ-S), анкетирование, лабораторный анализ воды (жёсткость, нитраты, железо, фтор, коли-индекс). Внедрены бытовые трёхступенчатые фильтры, одна профессиональная гигиеническая процедура (ультразвук + AIR-FLOW) и образовательная программа; повторный осмотр через 6 мес.
