Abstract

The article presents a comparative study of chewing efficiency and complication rates in patients treated with traditional removable dentures and implant-supported constructions. It has been shown that the use of implant-supported dentures provides higher functional outcomes [1, 2, 5]. The article describes stages of planning, diagnostics, implant placement, and denture fabrication. Special attention is given to clinical results affecting chewing efficiency, esthetics, and quality of life. Possible complications and preventive measures are also outlined. The study highlights that implant- supported removable dentures are an effective and reliable method for restoring chewing function, esthetics, and patient comfort in cases of complete edentulism.
