TORCH INFEKSIYASI BO’GAN ONALARDAN TUG‘ILGAN BOLALARDA ASAB-RUXIY RIVOJLANISH HOLATI

##article.abstract##

TORCH-infeksiyalar perinatal patologiya va erta yoshdagi bolalarda nerv-psixik rivojlanish buzilishlarining asosiy sabablaridan biri hisoblanadi. Intrauterin infeksiya homila markaziy nerv tizimi (MNT) shakllanishiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, bu esa psixomotor rivojlanishning kechikishi, mushak tonusi buzilishlari, tutqanoq sindromi, eshitish va ko‘rishning pasayishi, shuningdek kognitiv buzilishlar bilan namoyon bo‘lishi mumkin. TORCH-infeksiyaga chalingan onalardan tug‘ilgan bolalarning hayotining birinchi yilida nerv-psixik rivojlanishini o‘rganish. 40 nafar bola tekshirildi. Birinchi qismni 0–10 kunlik 17 nafar yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloq tashkil etdi. Ikkinchi, poliklinika qismi — 23 nafar bola: 30 kun–3 oylik (10 nafar), 9–12 oylik (13 nafar). I guruh (17 nafar yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloq) Andijon shahridagi OVNda tekshirildi. II guruh — muddatidan oldin tug‘ilgan (32–34 hafta) bolalar poliklinikada tekshirildi. TORCH-infeksiyaga chalingan onalardan tug‘ilgan hayotining birinchi yilidagi bolalarda ko‘pincha MNTning turli darajadagi perinatal zararlanish belgilari aniqlanadi. Klinik ko‘rinish harakat buzilishlari sindromi, nutq va emotsional reaksiyalar shakllanishining kechikishi, adaptatsiya mexanizmlarining buzilishi bilan namoyon bo‘lishi mumkin. Og‘ishlarning darajasi homiladorlik davrida infeksiya tushgan muddatga, qo‘zg‘atuvchi turiga va o‘z vaqtida davolash o‘tkazilganiga bog‘liq. Nerv-psixik rivojlanishdagi buzilishlarni erta aniqlash, dinamik kuzatuv va kompleks reabilitatsiya o‘tkazish ushbu bolalar toifasida prognozni yaxshilashning muhim omillaridir.
