O'SMIRLARDA XAVOTIRLI-DEPRESSIV BUZILISHLAR RIVOJLANISHINING KLINIK VA PSIXOPATOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI

Tadqiqotimiz davomida o'smirlarda havotirli-depressiv buzilishlar rivojlanishining klinik va psixopatologik dinamikasini o'rgandik. Tadqiqot usullari: biz 12 yoshdan 16 yoshgacha bo'lgan o'spirinlarni o'rgandik. Umumiy soni 240 o'spirin edi. Samarqand viloyatida barcha bemorlarga psixiatrik va psixiatrik ambulatoriya yordami ko'rsatildi. Tadqiqotlar 2020 yildan 2023 yilgacha o'tkazildi. Bolalar dastlab oltinchi sinfda (yoshi M = 11,86 yosh, SD = 0,56), so'ngra har yili 11-sinfgacha psixiatrik baholandi. Nazorat guruhining etnik tarkibi 61,5% o'zbek, 34,8% tojik, qolgan 3,7% esa turli millatga mansub edi. Oilalar asosan ishchilar sinfi (masalan, haydovchilar, farroshlar, hamshiralar, ishsizlar) yoki o'rtacha ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holati 41,67 (SD= 13,29) bo'lgan o'rta sinf (masalan, tadbirkor, o'qituvchi) edi. Natijalar: shuni ko'rsatdiki, tashvish va depressiv simptomlar ballari har bir sinfda ijobiy korrelyatsiya qilingan va vaqt o'tishi bilan ijobiy korrelyatsiya qilingan. O'g'il bolalar va qizlar o'rtasida depressiya yoki tashvish belgilarining o'rtacha ko'rsatkichlarida sezilarli farqlar mavjud edi. Xulosalar. shunday qilib, ushbu tadqiqot o'spirinlik davrida, erta yoshdan o'rta yoshgacha bo'lgan davrda tashvish va depressiv alomatlar o'rtasidagi dinamik vaqtinchalik aloqalarni o'rganib chiqdi. Biz aniqladikki, tashvish belgilari o'smirlarda vaqt o'tishi bilan depressiv simptomlarning keyingi kuchayishini ishonchli bashorat qiladi. Tadqiqot ma'lumotlari tibbiyot sohasidagi ko'plab muammolarni hal qilishda katta ahamiyatga ega.
