EFFECTIVENESS OF IMMUNOMODULATOR IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH POLYPOUS RHINOSINUSITIS

The effect of the immunomodulator Polyoxidonium on the clinical course and indicators of general immunity of patients with polyposis rhinosinusitis was studied, which manifested itself in the improvement of clinical symptoms and the reduction of relapses. Also, a significantly low level of IgA after treatment increased to control values with a deviation of 1.3%, the content of a reduced level of IgG normalized, and a high level of IgM significantly decreased to the control value.
