Periferik qonda temir almashinuvining asosiy ko'rsatkichlarini, homiladorlikning turli bosqichlarida umumiy protein tarkibining dinamikasi va xususiyatlarini aniqlash uchun 60 ta homilador quyon tekshirildi. Homiladorlikning turli davrlarida temir va rux preparatlarini qabul qiluvchi quyonlarning periferik qonidagi temir miqdori, turli oziqlanish sharoitlarida va uning metabolizmiga ta'sir etuvchi omillarda oziq-ovqat turiga, homiladorlik davri va bosqichiga qarab o'ziga xos dinamik va fiziologik xususiyatga ega.
