CHRONIC POLYPOSIS RHINOSINUSITIS

In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the proportion of polypous rhinosinusitis in the structure of diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, which is due to a number of factors: changes in the environmental situation, an increase in the number of bacterial, viral and occupational pathogenic agents. The use of combined treatment regimens using topical and systemic corticosteroids to date shows encouraging results, but requires further standardization in terms of the choice of drugs and their duration of administration, and safety monitoring.
