The review of modern literature on surgical correction of hernia of the anterior abdominal wall in combination with simultaneous diseases of the abdominal cavity is presented. The development of simultaneous and reconstructive reconstructive operations on the organs of the abdominal cavity and abdominal wall in patients with ventral hernias requires an integrated approach consisting of many constituent tasks within the framework of one problem.
