Tadqiqot natijalari jigar echinokokkozi va uning asoratlarini murakkab diagnostika va jarrohlik davolashdan o'tgan 118 bemor to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni o'z ichiga oladi. Og'ir ahvolda va kasallikning asoratlangan shakllari bilan og'rigan bemorlarga ikki bosqichli operatsiya tavsiya etildi. Dastlabki bosqichda eko-nazorat ostida ponksiyon-drenaj va endovideojarrohlik aralashuvlari amalga oshirildi. Keyinchalik radikal operatsiyalar boshlandi. Jigar echinokokkozini va uning asoratlarini davolashda minimal invaziv usullar operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlarni sezilarli darajada 3,8% gacha kamaytirdi va operatsiyadan keyin o'limni sezilarli darajada kamaytirdi.

Jigar echinokokkozi va uning asoratlari uchun jarrohlik aralashuv usulini tanlashning ishlab chiqilgan mezonlari 65,3% hollarda endovideojarrohlik yoki navigatsiya-ponksiyon usullaridan foydalangan holda minimal invaziv jarrohlik aralashuvlarni amalga oshirishga imkon beradi.
