ALGORITHM OF TREATMENT OF DESTRUCTIVE PANCREATITIS

The article "Treatment Algorithm for Destructive Pancreatitis" is a review of modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of destructive pancreatitis. The main stages of treatment of this severe disease, including conservative and surgical methods, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the role of drug therapy, endoscopic procedures and surgical interventions in the management of patients with destructive pancreatitis. Key aspects of post-treatment rehabilitation and supportive care are discussed, as well as opportunities for prevention of complications and recurrence.
