KASBIY ESHITISH BUZILISHLARIDA QULOQ ICHI MUSHAKLARINING AKUSTIK REFLEKSINING XUSUSIYATLARI

Yangi texnologiyalar, uskunalar, asboblar va materiallarning joriy etilishi ishchilar tanasiga ta'sir qiluvchi turli xil salbiy omillarning paydo boʻlishiga olib keladi. Kuchli sanoat shovqinlari ta'siri ostida oʻzgarishlar nafaqat eshitish analizatorining reseptorlari apparatida, balki kortikal va ildiz boʻlinmalarida ham sodir boʻladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi audiometriya, elektroensefalografiya koʻrsatkichlari, uzoq yashirin eshitish potensialini roʻyxatdan oʻtkazish va kasbiy eshitish buzilishlarida quloq ichi mushaklarining akustik refleksining vaqtinchalik xususiyatlari oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlikni oʻrganish edi. Eshitish analizatorining kortikal boʻlimi va uning magistralining buzilishi bilan, faqat kortikal tuzilmalar, shuningdek shovqin sharoitida ishlamagan odatda eshituvchi shaxslar bilan professional eshitish qobiliyatiga ega boʻlgan ishchilarni tanlash amalga oshirildi. Audiometriya ma'lumotlariga koʻra, 1-guruh shaxslari nutq chastotasi diapazonida 125-2000 Gs dan 40 db gacha va 3000-8000 Gs oraligʻida 70-80 db gacha ohanglarning havo-suyak oʻtkazuvchanligining pasayishini koʻrsatdi. Ushbu guruh ishchilarining EEG fonni yozish paytida ham, funksional yuk ostida ham barcha pogʻonalarda beta ritmining ustunligini koʻrsatdi, bu miyaning kortikal tuzilmalarida sugʻorishning diffuz jarayonlarini koʻrsatdi. Koʻpgina hollarda, ARVM vaqt xususiyatlarining davomiyligi boʻyicha me'yordan sezilarli ogʻishlar ipsi bilan ham, 0,5 va 1,0 khz ohanglari bilan kontralateral stimulyasiya bilan ham tekshirilgan guruhlarning shaxslarida aniqlandi. Olingan ma'lumotlarning tahlili shuni koʻrsatadiki, eshitish analizatorining kortikal va subkortikal tuzilmalari buzilgan shovqin kasblari ishchilarida quloq ichi mushaklarining himoya funksiyasi ma'lum darajada azoblanadi
