REACTIVE CHANGES IN THE AORTA IN EXPERIMENTAL METABOLIC SYNDROME
Keywords:
morphology, elastic vessels, metabolic syndromeAbstract
The fundamental nature of the morphological changes in the pathogenesis of the metabolic syndrome and the area from which the initial changes develop, as well as many unresolved pathomorphogenetic aspects. A high-calorie diet throughout life is considered one of the main causes of metabolic syndrome. In understanding the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome and hypodynamia, it is important to know the morphological changes observed in these pathologies. Changes in the trunk arteries in hypergravity, changes in hot climates have been studied. Taking into account the above, we studied the morphological changes in elastic type arteries as an object of research. In the obtained results, the main morphological substrate was the changes in the appearance of destructive and defragmentation in the fibrous structures of the vascular wall of the elastic type.
