THE CONCEPT OF FUNCTIONAL DYSPEPSIA

When considering the data on the effect of functional dyspepsia on diabetes mellitus, which change the opinion of many scientists' ideas about the influence of risk factors on the underlying disease, they have not been studied well enough, the pathogenesis of the development of functional dyspepsia is different and contradicts one another. In people with type 2 diabetes mellitus who do not receive insulin, the stomach quickly perceives dietary and/or pharmacological interventions that reduce the function of the gastrointestinal tract. In postprandial glycemia, the rate of gastric emptying is one of the main factors, since the amount of sugar in the diet plays an important role in homeostasis, and patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes quickly experience gastric emptying disorders. Gastric emptying and glycemia have a two-way correlation - peak glucose concentration after meals is observed in 35% of cases in healthy people, and people with diabetes mellitus have a syndrome of impaired gastric emptying associated with a sharp
