Abstract

The goal is to study the value of the quality indicators of the quality of life and the brain neurotrophic factor of BDNF in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2), complicated by chronic kidney disease (CKD) and receiving software hemodialysis.

Material and research methods: we examined and examined only 117 patients suffering from type 2 diabetes, from CKD V degree. on software hemodialysis. Of these, women were 57, men -60. The average age of men was 68 ± 4.2 years, and the average age of women was 64 ± 5.6 years.

All 117 patients were carried out by all studies that included general -clinical biochemical, hormonal blood tests, BDNF in the blood of ultrasound of internal organs, pre -sielrography of the trunk arteries of the head, consulting narrow specialists. We evaluated the quality of life of patients before hemodialysis and in the dynamics of treatment with the help of a short WHO questionnaire according to the quality of life (WhoQol-Bref) and the Hamilton depression scale.

Results and discussion. The serum levels of BDNF in groups of patients with type DM2 are reliably reduced in comparison with the control group as the degree of chemicals increases. Significant Correlation connections of WhoQol-Bref and laboratory and instrumental indicators have been identified. Correlation communication with the duration of the disease, levels of glycemia on an empty stomach, the level of glycated hemoglobin, BDNF in the blood, blood flow velocity in the carotid and vertebral artery were found.

Conclusions Questionnaire for determining quality indicators - Whoqol -Bref is the most sensitive and informative for determining the quality of life in patients with DM2 with CKD for software hemodialysis. The serum levels of BDNF in groups of patients with type DM2 are reliably reduced in comparison with the control group as the degree of chemicals increases and can serve as a. A prognostic criterion for the development of a stroke in patients with DM 2 on software hemodialysis.
