ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ МЕЖДУ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЯМИ СОСТАВА ТЕЛА И ИНДЕКСОВ ИНСУЛИНОРЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТИ У ЛЮДЕЙ С ИЗБЫТОЧНОЙ МАССОЙ ТЕЛА И ОЖИРЕНИЕМ

Аннотация

Ожирение является общеизвестным фактором риска развития резистентности к инсулину и сахарного диабета 2 типа, и распределение жира в организме имеет важное значение для этого метаболического риска. Материалы и методы: В этом перекрестном исследовании мы использовали данные о составе тела с двойной рентгеновской абсорбциометрией у 66 взрослых участников с избыточной массой тела или ожирением и коррелировали с 2 индексами инсулинорезистентности, рассчитанными по пероральным глюкозотолерантным тестам. Результаты: В исследовании приняли участие 60% женщин, средний возраст (стандартная ошибка) 30,1 (0,6) года, индекс массы тела (ИМТ) 34,0 (0,6) кг/м2, гомеостатическая модель оценки инсулинорезистентности (HOMA-IR) 2,1 (0,2) и индекса чувствительности к инсулину Мацуды (Matsuda ISI) 5,8 (0,4). У женщин наиболее сильные корреляции наблюдались с соотношением андроид-гиноидов (r = 0,52, p < 0,001 для HOMA-IR; r = 0,46, p < 0,001 для Matsuda ISI), и эти корреляции оставались значимыми после поправки на ИМТ. У мужчин наиболее сильные корреляции наблюдались с жировой массой андроидов (r = 0,40, p = 0,01 для HOMA-IR; r = 0,37, p = 0,02 для Matsuda ISI). Висцеральная жировая ткань коррелировала с HOMA-IR и индексом Мацуды у женщин и только с индексом Мацуды у мужчин. ИМТ коррелировал с HОМА-IR и с индексом Мацуды как у женщин, так и у мужчин. Заключение: Регионарное ожирение, определяемое с помощью двойной рентгеновской абсорбциометрии, коррелирует с показателями инсулинорезистентности у малоподвижных людей с избыточной массой тела и ожирением.
