CHARACTERISTICS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE CULTURAL FIELD

This article examines the evolution of cultural sphere management, its tasks and functions facing it. Cultural activities, organizations, institutions, enterprises (state, local, private, public organizations) and forms of ownership of various departmental affiliation, as well as management activities carried out by private individuals, have ceased. The transition from purely administrative and distributive technology of industry management to the increasingly widespread use of economic methods, from purely subsidized budget financing of structures to financing of programs, competition for budgetary funds, the need for broad involvement of extra-budgetary funds, ideological and political pluralism, information about economic independence is presented.
