АМНИОТИЧЕСКОЙ ОБОЛОЧКА- КАК ЭФФЕКТИВНОЕ БИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ РАНЕВОЕ ПОКРЫТИЕ

Ожоги являются одним из широко распространенных травматических поражений. Количество пострадавших от ожодов во всем мире неуклонно растет. Все это определяет поиск новых высокоэффективных методов лечения обожженных.(1.2.4.5.20.) Основными требованиями для заживления ран являются создание оптимальной микросреды для заживления ран, высокая абсорбционная способность относительно раневого экссудата, способность предотвращать попадание микроорганизмов, достаточная проницаемость для газов, водяного пара, эластичность, пирогенность, отсутствие антигена, токсические, местные раздражители и аллергические реакции.
