ЖЕНСКОЕ ТЕЛО МЕЖДУ МЕДИЦИНОЙ И МОРАЛЬЮ: КЛИНИКО-КУЛЬТУРНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ЭСТЕТИЧЕСКОЙ ГИНЕКОЛОГИИ

В работе исследуется феномен эстетической гинекологии в двух социокультурных контекстах — России и Египте. Посредством сравнительного анализа рассматриваются медицинские, этические, правовые и психологические аспекты таких вмешательств, как лабиопластика, гименопластика и лазерное омоложение. Показано, что в России эстетическая гинекология постепенно интегрируется в рамки доказательной медицины и профессионального регулирования, в то время как в Египте высокий спрос на процедуры определяется в первую очередь религиозно-культурными установками. Особое внимание уделено необходимости клинических стандартов, профессиональной подготовки врачей и полноценного информирования пациенток. Эстетическая гинекология трактуется не только как медицинская практика, но и как культурно обусловленное явление, формируемое социальными ожиданиями и коммерческим давлением
