CHARACTERISTICS OF VERTICASE IN EARLY REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC STROKE AND DIABETES

Rehabilitation is a very important part of treatment in acute cerebrovascular insufficiency, and the sooner the rehabilitation process begins and includes complex measures, the higher the effectiveness of rehabilitation. Immobilization syndrome (IS) is one of the most common problems in stroke, occurring in the acute phase of the disease in 60-70% of cases in emergency neurology departments and 85-96% in neuroreanimation departments. The relevance of the IS problem, clinical, laboratory and instrumental indicators of the main and related diseases in the body that cause it, measures to treat the IS problem and their effectiveness are discussed in the article.
