УСОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАННЫЙ СПОСОБ ПЛАСТИКИ НА Т-ОБРАЗНОМ ЭНДОПРОТЕЗЕ ПРИ ПРОТЯЖЕННОМ РУБЦОВОМ ПОРАЖЕНИИ ШЕЙНОГО И ВЕРХНЕ-ГРУДНОГО СЕГМЕНТОВ ТРАХЕИ

Приведены данные стандартный и оптимизированные нами способа пластики на Т образном эндопротезе шейно-(верхне) грудного отдела трахеи. Проанализированы и сравнены результаты по данным которых предложенный способ предупреждает таких осложнений как формирование рубцового бугорка в ложе стента за счет толстой рубцовой ткани мембранозной поверхности трахеи, формирование рубцового бугорка за яремной вырезкой и формирование ригидного фиброзного кольца за яремной вырезкой грудной части трахеи. проведенный сравнительный анализ так же показало укорочения периода канюлносительство и уменьшения чисел рестенозов.
