В исследовании фосфолипиды, холестерин и его метаболиты играют особую роль в биологических мембранах. Нарушение содержания фосфолипидов в биологических мембранах является одним из основных факторов патологических процессов, поскольку фосфолипиды составляют большую часть липидов биологических мембран, а также мембран тромбоцитов. В исследовании изучалось влияние телмисартана на клиническую гемодинамику, фосфолипиды мембран тромбоцитов, холестерина и его метаболиты у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца с артериальной гипертоней в течении 8 недель терапии.
