У пациентов с заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта повышается риск развития воспалительных заболеваний пародонта, что связано со снижением общей реактивности организма. В статье рассмотрены основные профилактические подходы к раннему выявлению и предупреждению заболеваний пародонта. Представленные рекомендации ориентированы на комплексное ведение таких пациентов в стоматологической практике.
