The article presents the results of studies on the qualitative properties of fruits of promising forms of pistachios. Forms 21-SH, 22-SH, 25-SH, 52-RG and 59-G are recommended as the best forms for creating high-yielding pistachio plantations. At the same time, the use of all forms selected from Babatag provides very good yield results when planting
