In the article, the development of high-performance technologies that accelerate the structuring in the contact zones of hydraulic concrete fillers in the conditions of the construction site of water management facilities, which are not heat-treated, is considered to be the need of the hour. In this case, it is considered urgent to carry out scientific and practical research on improving the spatial structuring mechanism in which fillers are arranged in contact zones. The purpose of the research is to study the mechanisms that affect the kinetics of structuring, to study the possibilities of ensuring that the strength of hydraulic concrete, which hardens under normal conditions, reaches 70% in two days. In the article, the stages of formation of joint zones during natural hardening of hydraulic concrete, connections between cement stone and filler surface, and the influence of mineralogical composition of fillers and external surface parameters on the structuring of cement stone in joint zones are studied by conducting laboratory tests.
