KARDIOTOKOGRAFIYANI MASOFAVIY MONITORING QILISH ORQALI PERINATAL ASORATLAR XAVFINI BAHOLASH

Kardiotokografiya (KTG) homila holatini baholash uchun ishlatiladigan asosiy usul hisoblanadi. Bu usul homilaning yurak urishi va faoliyati haqida ma'lumot beradi. KTG klinik amaliyotda ham homiladorlik davrida, ham tug'ruq paytida homila holatini kuzatish uchun keng qo'llaniladi. Xavf omillariga qarab, turli xil KTG turlari qo'llaniladi. KTGning asosiy tamoyillari va terminologiyasini bilish, shuningdek, natijalarni to'g'ri talqin qilish tajribasi tug'ilish natijalarini yaxshilashga va tug'ruqni boshqarish uchun to'g'ri strategiyani belgilashga yordam beradi. Tug'ruq paytida olingan yozuv tibbiy hujjat sifatida xizmat qiladi va tug'ruq jarayonini har tomonlama baholash yoki murakkab vaziyatlarda tibbiy xodimlarni huquqiy himoya qilish uchun ishlatilishi mumkin.
