ASSESSMENT OF PERINATAL COMPLICATIONS RISK USING REMOTE CARDIOTOCOGRAPHY MONITORING
Keywords:

Cardiotocography (CTG) is the main method used to assess the condition of the fetus. It provides information about the fetal heart rate and activity. CTG is widely used in clinical practice to monitor the fetus's condition during both pregnancy and labor. Depending on the risk factors, different types of CTG are employed. Knowledge of the basic principles and terminology of CTG, as well as experience in interpreting the results, helps improve childbirth outcomes and determine the right management strategy. The record made during labor serves as a medical document and can be used for comprehensive assessment of the delivery process or as legal protection for medical staff in complex situations.
