МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ СПЕКТР ПЕРВИЧНЫХ ОПУХОЛЕЙ НАДПОЧЕЧНИКОВ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ КОНЦЕПЦИИ И ДИАГНОСТИЧЕСКИЕ КРИТЕРИИ

В обзорной статье представлены современные представления о морфологическом спектре первичных опухолей надпочечников с акцентом на дифференциальную диагностику, классификацию, иммуногистохимическую и молекулярную верификацию. Рост выявляемости инциденталом обусловлен широким применением высокочувствительных методов визуализации, однако морфологическая верификация часто отстаёт от клинической диагностики. Особое внимание уделяется сложности разграничения доброкачественных, злокачественных и пограничных форм, а также применению оценочных систем PASS и GAPP. Рассматриваются перспективные направления, включая интеграцию цифровой патоморфологии, искусственного интеллекта и NGS-платформ. Отмечается необходимость стандартизации морфологических подходов в развивающихся странах, включая Узбекистан.
