BUYRAGI USTI BEZLARINING BIRLAMCHI O‘SMALARI MORFOLOGIK SPEKTRI: ZAMONAVIY KONSEPTSIYALAR VA DIAGNOSTIK KRITERIYLAR

Ushbu sharh maqolada buyrak usti bezlarining birlamchi o‘smalarining morfologik spektri haqidagi zamonaviy qarashlar bayon etiladi. Asosiy e’tibor differensial diagnostika, zamonaviy klassifikatsiyalar, immunogistokimyoviy va molekulyar verifikatsiyaga qaratilgan. Incidentaloma holatlarining aniqlanishi yuqori sezuvchan vizualizatsiya usullarining keng qo‘llanilishi bilan bog‘liq, biroq morfologik tasdiqlash ko‘pincha klinik tashxisdan ortda qoladi. Benign, malign va chegaradosh shakllarni farqlashdagi murakkablik, shuningdek PASS va GAPP baholash tizimlaridan foydalanish masalalari alohida ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada raqamli patomorfologiya, sun’iy intellekt va NGS (keyingi avlod sekvenslash) platformalarini integratsiyalash kabi istiqbolli yo‘nalishlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Morfologik yondashuvlarni standartlashtirish zaruriyati, ayniqsa rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda, jumladan O‘zbekistonda, muhim ekani qayd etiladi.
