ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ НАРУШЕНИЙ РАЗВИТИЯ У ДЕТЕЙ, РОЖДЁННЫХ ОТ РОДСТВЕННЫХ БРАКОВ

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены эпидемиологические аспекты нарушений развития у детей, рождённых от родственных браков, с акцентом на генетические риски и актуальность данной проблемы в Республике Узбекистан и в мире. Подчёркивается приоритет охраны здоровья детей как основы будущего нации. Отмечается прогресс отечественной медицины в период независимости, связанный с внедрением современных технологий и государственных программ, направленных на раннее выявление наследственных заболеваний. Несмотря на определённые социально-экономические преимущества родственных браков (укрепление семейных связей, сохранение имущества), они сопровождаются значительной медицинской и социальной нагрузкой. Обоснована необходимость дальнейших научных исследований, профилактических мероприятий и ранней диагностики для защиты здоровья будущих поколений.
