СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ АРТРОСКОПИЧЕСКОЙ ВОССТАНОВИТЕЛЬНОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕДНЕЙ КРЕСТООБРАЗНОЙ СВЯЗКИ КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Сбор и анализ доступных научных публикаций посвященных современным методам восстановительного лечения больных после артроскопической пластики передней крестообразной связки установлено, что основным аспектами восстановительного лечения является разумное сочетание охранительного режима (комплекс физических упражнений).
В основе профилактики контрактур – лежат ранняя активация функции конечности и поддержание тонуса мышц. Основной задачей иммобилизации послеоперационном периоде является предотвращение или снижение блевого синдрома. В статье приведены примеры успешного проведения реабилитационных мероприятий в домашних условиях под амбулаторним наблюдением специалиста.
