Maqolada old xochsimon boylam jarohatlangan bemorlarni artroskopik ta’mirlashdan keyin qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy reabilitatsion davolash usullarga bag‘ishlangan ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilinganda tiklovchi davolashning asosiy jihatlari jismoniy mashqlar va fizioterapiya muolajalaridan unumli foydalanishga bog‘liq ekanligi aniqlandi.
Kontrakturani oldini olishning asosiy usuli mushaklar tonusini chiniqtirib oyoqlarda faol harakatni erta boshlash. Maqolada reabilitatsiya davolash muolajalari ambulatoriya shifokori nazoratida uy sharoitida tavsiya etilgan dasturlar asosida qabul qilib yaxshi natijalarga erishish mumkin.
