Abstract

In children, chronic kidney disease caused by the posterior urethral valve is diagnosed in infancy in 5-10% of cases. According to the literature, in 40-48% of cases, complications of this pathology lead to death due to renal failure. It is important to identify the valve of the posterior urethra in time, it is advisable to register it at the dispensary in the antenatal period and eliminate the pathology soon after birth. As a result, child mortality and kidney failure are reduced.
