РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ КЛАПАНА ЗАДНЕЙ УРЕТРЫ У ДЕТЕЙ

У детей хронические заболевания почек, вызванные клапаном задней части уретры, диагностируются в младенчестве в 5-10% случаев. По данным литературы в 40-48% случаев осложнения данной патологии приводят к летальному исходу вследствие почечной недостаточности. Важно вовремя выявить клапан заднего отдела уретры, целесообразно поставить на диспансерный учет еще в антенатальном периоде и устранить патологию вскоре после рождения. В результате уменьшается детская смертность и почечная недостаточность.
