ТЎҒРИ ИЧАК ТУШИШИНИНГ ҚИСИЛИШИ (АМАЛИЁТДАН ҲОЛАТ)

Тўғри ичакнинг тушиши - тўғри ичак ёки унинг бир қисми танадаги тўғри ҳолатини йўқотиб, ҳаракатчан бўлиб, чўзилиб, анус орқали ташқарига чиқиш ҳолатидир. Тўғри ичак тушиши икки турга бўлинади: ички (яширин) ва ташқи. Тўғри ичакнинг ички пролапси ташқи тўғри ичак тушишидан фарқ қилади, чунки тўғри ичак аллақачон ўз позициясини йўқотган, лекин ҳали чиқиб улгурмаган бўлади. Тўғри ичак тушиши кўпинча анал канал мушакларининг заифлашиши билан бирга келиб, натижада газ, ахлат ва шиллиқни ушлаб турмасликка олиб келади. Ушбу мақолада ректал пролапснинг қисилиши билан асоратланган клиник кузатуви тавсифи берилган.
