УЩЕМЛЕНИЕ ВЫПАВШЕЙ ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ (СЛУЧАЙ ИЗ ПРАКТИКИ)

Выпадение прямой кишки – это состояние, при котором прямая кишка или ее часть теряет правильное положение в организме, становится подвижной, растягивается и выходит через задний проход. Выпадение прямой кишки делится на два типа: внутреннее (скрытое) и наружное. Внутренний выпадение прямой кишки отличается от наружного выпадения прямой кишки тем, что прямая кишка уже потеряла свое положение, но еще не выдвинулась. Выпадение прямой кишки часто сопровождается ослаблением мышц анального канала, что приводит к недержанию газов, стула и слизи. В статье описано клиническое наблюдение выпадения прямой кишки, осложненного стриктурой.
