ЎТКИР НЕФРИТИК СИНДРОМ БИЛАН КАСАЛ БЎЛГАН БОЛAЛAРДA КAРДИОРЕНAЛ СИНДРОМИНИ ПРОГНОЗ ҚИЛИШ ВA БAҲОЛAШ

Мақсад: ўткир нефритик синдром билан касалланган болаларда кардиоренал синдромни эрта ташхислаш, прогнозлашдан иборат.
Материал ва методлар: Самарқанд вилоят болалар кўп тармоқли тиббиёт маркази нефрология бўлимига ўткир нефритик синром ташхиси билан мурожаат килган 105 нафар болалар олинган.
Тадқиқот умумий клиник, лаборатория (гемотологик, биокимевий), инструментал ва статистик тадқиқот усуллари кулланилди.
Натижалар илк бор ўткир нефритик синдром билан касалланган болаларда кардиоренал синдромнинг учраш частотаси 64,8% ва ўзига хос клиник белгилари (заифлик, чарчоқ, артериал гипертензия, систолик шовқин, аритмиялар ва кўкрак сохасида оғриқ) аниқланган. Ўткир нефритик синдромили болаларда юрак-қон томир касалликларини аниқлашда кардиометрик усулнинг диагностик аҳамияти (сезгирлиги 97,1%, диагностика аниқлиги - 95,2%, ўзига хослик – 91,9%) асосланган.
Хулоса. Ўткир нефритик синдром билан касалланган беморларда кардиометрик текширишлар натижасида кардиоренал синдромнинг гемодинамик кўрсаткичларни ишончли ўзгариши билан намоён бўлиши аниқланган.
