Keywords:

Objective is to develop methods for early diagnosis, prognosis of cardiorenal syndrome in children with acute nephritic syndrome.
Materials and Methods: The study was conducted on 105 children hospitalized with acute nephritic syndrome in the nephrology department of the Samarkand Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center.
The study used general clinical, laboratory (hematological, biochemical), instrumental and statistical methods of research.
Results: For the first time, the frequency of 64.8% of cardiorenal syndrome, and specific clinical symptoms (weakness, fatigue, arterial hypertension, systolic murmur, arrhythmias and chest pain) in children with acute nephritic syndrome were determined. Substantiated the diagnostic value of the cardiometric method (sensitivity 97.1%, diagnostic accuracy 95.2%, specificity 91.9%) in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in children with acute nephritic syndrome.
Conclusions. As a result of cardiometric studies in patients with acute nephritic syndrome, it was found that cardiorenal syndrome is manifested by significant changes in hemodynamic parameters.
