ОЦЕНКА КАРДИОРЕНАЛЬНОГО СИНДРОМА У ДЕТЕЙ С ОСТРЫМ НЕФРИТИЧЕСКИМ СИНДРОМОМ

Цель: разработка методов ранней диагностики, прогноза кардиоренального синдрома у детей с острым нефритическим синдромом.
Материалы и методы: 105 детей, госпитализированных с острым нефритическим синдромом в нефрологическое отделение Самаркандского областного детского многопрофильного медицинского центра.
В исследовании использовались общеклинические, лабораторные (гематологические, биохимические), инструментальные и статистические методы исследования.
Полученные результаты: впервые определены частота встречаемости кардиоренального синдрома 64,8%, и характерные клинические симптомы (слабость, утомляемость, артериальная гипертензия, систолический шум, аритмии и боль в грудной клетке) у детей с острым Нефритик синдромом. Обоснована диагностическая ценность ардиометрического метода (чувствительность 97,1%, диагностическая точность 95,2%, специфичность 91,9%) в диагностике сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний у детей с острым Нефритик синдромом.
Выводы. Установлено, что кардиоренальный синдром проявляется достоверными изменениями гемодинамических показателей при кардиометрическом исследовании у больных острым нефритическим синдромом.
