ИММУНОБИОХИМИЧЕСКИЕ МАРКЕРЫ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННЫМ ПАРОДОНТИТОМ

В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что воспалительные заболевания слизистой оболочки полости рта являются распространенной проблемой среди взрослого населения, а в свете пандемии COVID-19 наблюдается увеличение случаев тяжелого генерализованного пародонтита. Результаты клинических исследований указывают на наличие связей между патологией слизистой оболочки полости рта и COVID-19, включая пост-COVID-синдром. Коронавирус проникает в организм через слизистые оболочки ротовой полости, что может приводить к различным поражениям полости рта, таким как везикуло-буллезные поражения и некротический пародонтит. Уровни провоспалительных медиаторов у пациентов с COVID-19 и оральными инфекционными заболеваниями могут нарушать гомеостаз тканей, вызывая отсроченное разрешение болезни.
