Other systemic disease like periodontitis reviewed through common pathogenesis mechanisms which associated with systemic inflammation. It is obvious that's women's in postmenonopausal period can occur some conditions fron loosing of tooth to increased resorption of alveolar and jaw bones .In present days, high prevalence of dental disease in postmenonopausal women and their challenges in prevention and treatment are huge because lack of knowledge of the pathogenesis.
