HEMODYNAMIC GRADATIONS DURING COMBINED USAGE OF EXTRACORPORAL DETOXIFICATION METHODS IN CHILDREN WITH RENAL FAILURE

The effectiveness of detoxification methods was studied in 63 patients with acute renal failure (ARF). When analyzing the results obtained, it was found that, depending on the severity of the patient's condition, variants of the combined usage of hemosorption and plasmapheresis methods are possible. This method reduces the level of intoxication, improves metabolic processes, and alters the level of electrolyte metabolism. The positive results achieved contribute to the improvement of the general condition of patients and more effective life expectancy in the most severe category of patients.
